Fish Cheese Roll


Ingredients
  • 300 rams fish fillet
  • ½ packet mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 kg manda patti
  • ¼ cup plain flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Cut 300 grams fish fillet into small pieces. Add chopped tomato, capsicum and onion. Also add 1 tbsp garlic paste, juice of 1 lemon, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder and ½ packet shredded mozzarella cheese.
  2. Cut manda patti in shape and size of spring rolls and fill in the fish mixture. Fold the ends and apply the mixture of a beaten egg and ¼ cup plain flour to avoid it from unfolding.
  3. Deep fry the Fish Cheese Rolls and serve.

Sadly I really enjoy fried foods, too much sometimes. Lovely recipe, may I ask what type of capsicum did you use...or how spicy did you go? I imagine they would be wonderful mild or spicy.
