Fish Cheese Roll
Ingredients
- 300 rams fish fillet
- ½ packet mozzarella cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1 capsicum
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon
- 1 egg
- 1 kg manda patti
- ¼ cup plain flour
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut 300 grams fish fillet into small pieces. Add chopped tomato, capsicum and onion. Also add 1 tbsp garlic paste, juice of 1 lemon, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder and ½ packet shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cut manda patti in shape and size of spring rolls and fill in the fish mixture. Fold the ends and apply the mixture of a beaten egg and ¼ cup plain flour to avoid it from unfolding.
- Deep fry the Fish Cheese Rolls and serve.
