MOTICHUR KE DESI LADOO



Ingredients for ladoo:-

  • For boondi:
  • Gram flour                          ½ kg
  • Semolina                             1cup
  • Water                                   for batter
  • Yellow color                        1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Sugar Syrup:
  • Sugar                                     250 gm
  • Water                                   3/4 cup
  • Cardamom pods                   1 tsp
  • Char magaz                         as required
Method:-
  1. Heat oil and make Bundi with the help of a ladle called jharna.
  2. Pour the batter in the jharna and press continuously so that the bundi comes down in the oil.
  3. Fry till oil stops sizzling approx. for 1 minute.
  4. Now take out the bundi and keep aside. when all your bundi is fried,
  5. Again  fry bundi for 15 seconds.
  6.  Take it out.
Method for sugar syrup.
  1. Add the bundi to the sugar syrup add melon seeds and soak for
  2.  10 minutes on slow heat. Now cool down and make ladoo’s with
  3.  your hands. Ready to enjoy yummy ladoos.
