Mince meat with peas
Ingredients
- ½ kg mince meat
- 2 lemons
- 6 green chilies
- 3 sliced onions
- 1 bunch sliced coriander
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups of peas
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a cooking pot, heat 1 cup oil and sauté 3 sliced onions. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tbsp red chili powder and sauté briefly.
- Now add ½ kg mince meat and salt to taste and allow cooking. When mince meat begins to dry, add 2 cups peas and 6 green chilies and sauté. Add a bunch of sliced coriander after 5 minutes and serve.
