Mince meat with peas


Ingredients
  • ½ kg mince meat
  • 2 lemons
  • 6 green chilies
  • 3 sliced onions
  • 1 bunch sliced coriander
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups of peas
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. In a cooking pot, heat 1 cup oil and sauté 3 sliced onions. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tbsp red chili powder and sauté briefly. 
  2. Now add ½ kg mince meat and salt to taste and allow cooking. When mince meat begins to dry, add 2 cups peas and 6 green chilies and sauté. Add a bunch of sliced coriander after 5 minutes and serve.
