WHITE CHOCOLATE CAKE



Ingredients for cake:
  • Butter 200 gms
  • Eggs 5
  • Oil quarter cup
  • Sugar 10 ounces
  • Vanilla 1.5 tsp
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking Powder 3 tsp leveled
  • Baking Soda quarter tsp
  • Yogurt half cup
Ingredients for frosting:
  • Chipped White Chocolate 250 gms
  • White Chocolate 12 ounces
  • Cream 1 cup plus 4 tbsp
Method:
  • In a bowl put flour, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl beat butter with sugar. Add in vanilla essence. Start adding in 1 egg at a time alternating with dry ingredients. Add oil, yogurt and beat. Pour mixture into two 8 inches pan and bake on 180 degrees for 30 mins. Remove. Cool.
Method for frosting:
  • Scald cream. Add in grated 250 gms chocolate and grated toblerone and then leave to cook till chocolate melts. Beat frosting and fold in whipped cream. Decorate cake with frosting and white and dark chocolate decorations.
