WHITE CHOCOLATE AND VERMICILLI DELIGHT
Ingredients:
- Vermicelli 100 gms crushed
- Milk 1 ltr
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Condensed milk half tin
- Vanilla half tsp
- White chocolate ¾ cup
- Cream half packet
- Qalaqund 200 gms
- Vanilla essence half tsp
- Whipped cream 1 cup
- Pistachio half cup sliced
- In a pan put milk vermicelli condensed milk vanilla essence and half packet cream. Cook till reduced to half and thick
- Method for white chocolate mousse: First heat the qalaqund in a pan till it melts in another pan scald cream add white chocolate. Mix until melted add to it melted qalaqund cool slightly fold in whipped cream and essence. To assemble put white chocolate mixture in a bowl topped with vermicelli mixture on top sprinkle pistachios and chill.
