TOMATO BHUJIA
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes half kg
- Turmeric half tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Oil half cup
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Kalonji half tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp heaved
- Heat oil. Fry onion light golden. Add klalonji with all the seasonings and chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook till water dries lastly add coriander leaves and remove.
