TOMATO BHUJIA


Ingredients:
  • Tomatoes half kg
  • Turmeric half tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Oil half cup
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Kalonji half tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp heaved
Method:
  • Heat oil. Fry onion light golden. Add klalonji with all the seasonings and chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook till water dries lastly add coriander leaves and remove.
