SUJI KI KHEER
Ingredients:
- Milk 1 kg
- Sugar ½ cup heaved
- Semolina 4 tbsp leveled
- Green Cardamom (ground) ½ tsp
- Saffron ¼ tsp
- Almonds & Pistachioa 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat milk in a pan and add sugar. When boiling, add suji. Cook till slightly thick. Add green cardamom and saffron. Remove in a bowl. Sprinkle with almonds and pistachio. Serve chilled
