STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN
Ingredients:
- Strawberry puree 1 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Sugar half cup
- Gelatin 1 tbsp
- Water quarter cup
- Whipped cream 1.5 cup
- Strawberry essence half tsp
- Strawberry slices for garnishing
- Extra cream for garnishing
Method:
- Mix strawberry purree lemon juice and sugar. Dissolve gelatin with q cup water and mix with strawberry mixture. Chill for 30 mins. Beat cream till slightly thick add essence and fold in the strawberry mixture remove in a serving bowl and chill till firm garnish with whipped cream and strawberry slices.
