STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN


Ingredients:
  • Strawberry puree 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Sugar half cup
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Water quarter cup
  • Whipped cream 1.5 cup
  • Strawberry essence half tsp
  • Strawberry slices for garnishing
  • Extra cream for garnishing
Method:
  • Mix strawberry purree lemon juice and sugar. Dissolve gelatin with q cup water and mix with strawberry mixture. Chill for 30 mins. Beat cream till slightly thick add essence and fold in the strawberry mixture remove in a serving bowl and chill till firm garnish with whipped cream and strawberry slices.
