ROOH AFZA FERNI
Ingredients:
- Milk 2 liter
- Chopped Cardamom 4
- Rice 8 Tablespoon
- Rooh Afza 1 ½ cupAlmonds, pistachios, Silver leaf For garnishing
- Serving Bowls As required
Method
- Wash and soak rice in water for an hour. Blend the rice with milk.Pour the rice mixture in a pan and cook it until you have 1 ½ liter left. Add crushed rice, chopped cardamom and keep stirring in order to avoid rice balls. As the rice dissolves completely in the mixture, leave it on a low flame.As Ferni thickens, add Rooh Afza to it.Cook it for a minute and pour it in the serving bowl.Sprinkle sliced almonds, pistachios and place silver leaf on the top. Serve it either hot or cold.
