PIZZAIOLO PASTA
 


Ingredients:
  • Pasta boiled half packet
Ingredients for white sauce:
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Flour 2 ounce
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Water 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Black pepper half tsp heaved
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese half cup
Ingredients for topping:
  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup
Ingredients for meat sauce:
  • Mince half kg
  • Onions chopped 1 cup
  • Oil quarter cup
  • Mushrooms 6 sliced
  • Capsicum 1 cut in tiny cubes
  • Olive 6 chopped
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano leaves 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce quarter cup
  • Pizza sauce half cup
  • Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 4 tbsp
Method for mince:
  • Heat oil and fry onion and garlic till soft. Add mince with all the spices and sauces. Cook till meat done. Make white sauce by cooking altogether until thick. In an oven proof dish spread a layer of pasta cover with white sauce. Spread meat sauce topped with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 mins on 180 degrees.
