PESHAWARI PULAO
 

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mutton half kg
  • Rice half kg
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Suree green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Cloves 6
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Oil half cup
METHOD:
  • Heat oil add chopped onion and slightly brown. Add ginger garlic paste. Green chili garlic sauce. Whole spices and chopped tomatoes. Fry well. Add mutton with yogurt. Cover and cook for 10 mins. Then add 3 cups of water. Cover and cook till mutton done. Add in your soaked rice cook till water dries and leave it on dum.
