PEPPERY PEPPER CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- Chicken half kg 2 pikes 1 leg and 1 breast
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Worcester sauce 1 tbsp heaved
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Caramel syrup 2 tbsp
- Stalk 1 cup
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Hoisen sauce 1 tbsp heaved
- Fresh cream 3 tbsp
- Boiled vegetables to serve
- French fries to serve
Method:
- Give cuts on chicken pieces. Marinate with ginger garlic, salt, crushed black pepper and Worcester sauce. Heat oil and fry chicken pieces till light golden. Add in flour, caramel syrup, stalk, hoisen sauce, mustard paste, some more crushed pepper. Cover and cook till chicken done. Lastly add fresh cream. Remove chicken in a platter. Pour sauce over it; serve with coiled vegetables and fries.
