NAAN KHATAI IN A JIFFY
Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup heaved
- Suji half cup
- Gram flour half cup
- Little less than 1 cup oil
- Sugar ¾ cup heaved
- Cardamom powder grinned 1 tsp heaved
- Pistachio to garnish
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together except pistachio and beat for 2 to 3 mins. Put with a spoon on baking tray topped with sliced pistachio and bake for 12 to 15 mins.
