NAAN KHATAI IN A JIFFY


Ingredients:
  • Flour 1 cup heaved
  • Suji half cup
  • Gram flour half cup
  • Little less than 1 cup oil
  • Sugar ¾ cup heaved
  • Cardamom powder grinned 1 tsp heaved
  • Pistachio to garnish
Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients together except pistachio and beat for 2 to 3 mins. Put with a spoon on baking tray topped with sliced pistachio and bake for 12 to 15 mins.
