LYCHEE DELIGHT
Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cups
- Condensed milk half cup
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Fresh cream whipped 2 cups
- Gelatin 1 tbsp heaved Dissolved in half cup of lychee syrup
- Vanilla essence half tsp
- Pink color 2 drops
- Tinned lychee coarsely chopped 200 gms
Method:
- Boil the milk with sugar for 10 mins till its reduced to half, remove and cool. Add condensed milk essence color dissolved gelatin, chopped lychee and finally fold in 1 cup of whipped cream. Remove in a serving bowl and set in freezer till done. Decorate with remaining cream and lychees.
