LYCHEE DELIGHT


Ingredients:
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Condensed milk half cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream whipped 2 cups
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp heaved Dissolved in half cup of lychee syrup
  • Vanilla essence half tsp
  • Pink color 2 drops
  • Tinned lychee coarsely chopped 200 gms
Method: 
  • Boil the milk with sugar for 10 mins till its reduced to half, remove and cool. Add condensed milk essence color dissolved gelatin, chopped lychee and finally fold in 1 cup of whipped cream. Remove in a serving bowl and set in freezer till done. Decorate with remaining cream and lychees.
