KALMI CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaved
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- All spice 1 tsp
- Black pepper half tsp
- Lemon juice quarter tsp
- Flour 1 cup
- Onion rings mint leaves and lemon wedges to serve
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt ginger garlic salt black pepper and yogurt. Mix well put in a pan and cook for 15 mins until chicken tender and mixture dry. Remove from fire cool add in lemon juice. Roll in chicken pieces in flour to coat well. Bake chicken pieces in a pre heated oven till chicken slightly brown. Garnish with onion rings, lemon wedges and mint leaves. serve with hyderababdi paratha.
