Method:
- Put all together in a bowl and knead into a hard dough with water keep aside for 30 mins. Make into balls. Spread ghee on a marble surface put prepared ball roll into a longish roti spread with ghee. Fold like swiss roll then starting from corner roll again to form into a ball. Then roll softly into a q plate size and fry adding 2 tbsp ghee.
