GREEN CHICKEN ROAST
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg whole
- Sure 1 green chili sauce 3 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- All spice half tsp
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Cashew 15 grinded
- Turmeric quarter tsp
- Coriander and mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp each
- Yogurt half cup
Method:
- Prick chicken well. Marinate with Suree green chili garlic sauce and salt. Put chicken in a pan with water and cool till tender. Heat oil in a pan. add crushed garlic, 1 tsp whole cumin with cashew nut paste all spice and quarter cup water. Add chicken and fry for 10 mins. Add half cup yogurt. Cover and cook till done. Remove. Serve with paratha and boiled eggs.
