DUM KAAY PASANDA KEBAB
Ingredients:
- Pasanada half kg
- Raw papaya grinded 1 tbsp heaved
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- White cumin roasted and grinded 1 tsp heaved
- Sesame 1 tsp roasted and grinded
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
- Khashkhaash poppy seeds 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
- Half brown onion grinded
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Chili powder 1.5 tsp
- Roasted gram grounded 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate pasandas with all above for 1 hour. Give dum of coal. Heat quarter cup oil in a pan. Put pasandas cook on very low flame till done serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
