DUM KAAY PASANDA KEBAB


Ingredients:
  • Pasanada half kg
  • Raw papaya grinded 1 tbsp heaved
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White cumin roasted and grinded 1 tsp heaved
  • Sesame 1 tsp roasted and grinded
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
  • Khashkhaash poppy seeds 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
  • Half brown onion grinded
  • Salt 1.5 tsp
  • Chili powder 1.5 tsp
  • Roasted gram grounded 2 tbsp
Method:
  • Marinate pasandas with all above for 1 hour. Give dum of coal. Heat quarter cup oil in a pan. Put pasandas cook on very low flame till done serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
