COCKTAIL KABABS
Ingredients:
- Mince half kg
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaved
- Turmeric half tsp
- Coriander seeds crushed 1.5 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Gram flour half cup heaved
- Coriander leaves half cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Green chilies grinded 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate mince with all the ingredients. Leave aside for 1 hour. Make into tiny balls and deep fry until dark brown. Serve with suree sweet chili sauce.
