CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT COOKIES
Ingredients:
- Butter 8 ounces
- Caster Sugar 6 ounces
- Coco powder 3 tbsp
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Egg Yolk 1
- Flour 1 ¾ cup
- Almonds (grinded) half cup
- Nutella 3 to 4 tbsp
- Beat butter with sugar. Add in yolk, vanilla essence. Mix in coco powder, flour and almonds. Make the dough. Keep aside for 10 mins. Roll the dough and cut into biscuits with cutter of your choice and press from the center slightly with your thumb. Bake on 190 degrees for 12 to 15 mins. Remove, cool completely. Put nutella in piping bag put a drop of nutella on each biscuits.
