Chocolate Caramel Cake
 

 
Ingredients:
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Sugar 1.5 cup
  • Butter 200 gms
  • Sour cream 1 cup
  • Coco powder 4 tbsp heaved
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Salt half tsp
  • Eggs 3
Ingredients for caramel sauce:
  • Brown sugar ¾ cup
  • Cream half cup
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Chocolate half cup
Ingredients for chocolate glaze:
  • Chocolate 200 gms chopped
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Corn syrup 2 tbsp
  • Snickers to decorate the cake 4 bars

Method for cake: 
  • Put all the cake ingredients in a bowl (from flour to egg) beat for 5 mins till well combined. Pour batter into 2 greased 9 inch round pan and bake at 180 degrees for 25 mins.
