Chocolate Caramel Cake
Ingredients:
Method for cake:
- Flour 2 cups
- Sugar 1.5 cup
- Butter 200 gms
- Sour cream 1 cup
- Coco powder 4 tbsp heaved
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Salt half tsp
- Eggs 3
- Brown sugar ¾ cup
- Cream half cup
- Butter 2 ounce
- Chocolate half cup
- Chocolate 200 gms chopped
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Milk 3 tbsp
- Corn syrup 2 tbsp
- Snickers to decorate the cake 4 bars
Method for cake:
- Put all the cake ingredients in a bowl (from flour to egg) beat for 5 mins till well combined. Pour batter into 2 greased 9 inch round pan and bake at 180 degrees for 25 mins.
