CHATPATTI CHICKEN



Ingredients:
  • Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Orange red color pinch
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Suree red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves finely chopped 5
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
Ingredients for masala:
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Oil quarter cup
  • Ginger and garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 25
  • Crushed red pepper and black pepper 1 tsp each
  • Green chilies 10 slit from center and deep fried
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Suree sweet chili sauce 3 tbsp
  • Tandoori color pinch
  • Salt half tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp heaved mixed in quarter cup water
Method:
  • Mix all above in chicken and deep fry for 15mins on low flame. 
  • Method for sauce: Heat oil, add curry leaves and green chilies with the chopped ginger garlic and onion fry till soft. Add all the other ingredients with 1 cup water. Cook till boiling. Thicken gravy with corn flour paste. Mix in the chicken and cook for 5 mins on dum.
