BUTTERMILK CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg 8 pieces
- Marinate with butter milk 1 cup
- Black soft drink 1 cup
- BBQ sauce 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Suree sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Black pepper 2 tsp
Ingredients for batter:
- Egg 1
- Oil quarter cup
- Milk half cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Flour 1 cup
- Corn flour and custard powder 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp heaved
- Baking powder 1.5 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Cold water to make batter as required

- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for few hours and discard all the liquid. Make batter.

- Make batter with all the given ingredients. Dip marinated chicken in batter and deep fry. Serve with fries.
