BROWN HOT N SOUR SOUP


Ingredients:
  • Chicken stalk 6 to 8 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp heaved
  • Szechwan sauce 2 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chicken 1 breast chipped in tiny cubes
  • Shrimps 10 to 12 chopped
  • Bean curd 1 cut in tiny cubes
  • Cabbage half cup finely chopped
  • Carrot half cup finely chopped
  • Vinegar quarter cup
  • Spring onion leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Mushrooms finely chopped 4 to 5
  • Corn flour half cup heaved mix with half cup water
Method:
  • Heat stalk in a pan. Add in salt chicken powder, chicken and shrimps with all the sauces and vegetables. Cook till boiling. Lastly add corn flour to thicken the soup. Egg white and spring onion leaves serve hot.
