THAI STYLE FISH


Ingredients:
  • Fish 1 ½ kg
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Curry Leaves 25
  • Ginger (Chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Puree ½ cup
  • Suree Green Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilies (Crushed) 1 ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Suree Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Suree Sweet Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Suree Siracha Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Suree Barbecue Sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
  • Marinate fish with salt and lemon juice for 15 to 20 minutes.Heat oil, fry curry leaves, add crushed ginger with all the rest. Cook for 10 minutes. Add fish. Cook for 10 minutes on each side until done.
