Thai Chaat


Ingredients:
  • Chickpeas (Boiled) 3 cups
  • Potatoes (Cubed, boiled) 1 cup
  • Curry Leaves 20
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Thai Red Curry Paste 2 tbsp
  • Sweet Chili Sauce ½ cup
  • Suree Tamarind Paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves with thai red curry paste and ¼ cup water. Fry well. Add boiled chickpeas, potatoes with sweet chili sauce, tamarind paste and salt. Mix everything well, and remove to a platter. Serve and garnish with papri.
