Thai Chaat
Ingredients:
- Chickpeas (Boiled) 3 cups
- Potatoes (Cubed, boiled) 1 cup
- Curry Leaves 20
- Oil ½ cup
- Thai Red Curry Paste 2 tbsp
- Sweet Chili Sauce ½ cup
- Suree Tamarind Paste 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves with thai red curry paste and ¼ cup water. Fry well. Add boiled chickpeas, potatoes with sweet chili sauce, tamarind paste and salt. Mix everything well, and remove to a platter. Serve and garnish with papri.
