SINGAPOREAN NOODLES


Ingredients:
  • Suree Rice Noodles 1 packet
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic (Crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Sriracha Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Sweet Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage (Sliced) 1 cup
  • Chicken breast Julienned, boiled) 1
  • Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Red Chilies (Crushed) 1 tsp
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Suree Sweet Sauce ½ cup
  • Curry Powder 1 tsp
  • Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Curry Leaves 25 - 30
Method:
  • Heat oil in a wok.To it add crushed garlic and 1 egg. Mix to scramble. Add all the sauces with boiled chicken, curry powder. Add rice noodles. Mix well. Remove in a platter. Serve garnished with fried curry leaves and sesame seeds.
