RUSSIAN KEBAB


Ingredients:
  • Chicken (Boiled, shredded) 2 cups
  • Cabbage (Finely chopped) 1 cup
  • Carrot (Finely chopped) 1
  • Capsicum (Finely chopped) ½
  • French beans (Finely chopped) ½ cup
  • Curry Leaves 12 - 15
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (Finely chopped) 4
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Red Chilies (Crushed) ½ tsp
  • Potatoes (boiled, mashed) 2 cups
  • Bread Crumbs As required
  • Eggs 2 - 3
  • Oil For deep frying
Method:
  • Boil the potatoes and mash them.Cut all the vegetables into fine cubes and par boil them. Boil the chicken with ginger garlic. Shred the chicken and mix it with the potatoes. Keep aside. Heat the oil in a pan.To it add curry leaves, chopped green chilies and flour. Fry for 1 minute and add boiled vegetables, potatoes and chicken. Mix well and cool mixture. Form into patties, coat in bread crumbs, dip in egg and deep fry.
