Ingredients:
  • Mutton half kg
  • Ghee half cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • White cumin whole 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Cloves 4
  • Black pepper 4
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Onion raw 1 large grinded
Ingredients for column 2:
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric half tsp
  • Grinded nutmeg quarter tsp
  • Grinded maize quarter tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan. Add raw onion grinded with ginger garlic paste and whole spices. Fry for 2 mins and add mutton. Fry well for 10 mins. Add all the ingredients in column 2. Fry well. Add 2 cups water. Cover and cook till done. Lastly add coriander leaves.
