Ingredients:
- Mutton half kg
- Ghee half cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- White cumin whole 1 tsp
- Green cardamom 4
- Cloves 4
- Black pepper 4
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Bay leaf 1
- Onion raw 1 large grinded
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric half tsp
- Grinded nutmeg quarter tsp
- Grinded maize quarter tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add raw onion grinded with ginger garlic paste and whole spices. Fry for 2 mins and add mutton. Fry well for 10 mins. Add all the ingredients in column 2. Fry well. Add 2 cups water. Cover and cook till done. Lastly add coriander leaves.
