POTATOES AND CHEESE CROQUETS


Ingredients:
  • Potatoes (Boiled, mashed) 2 cups
  • Cheddar Cheese (Grated) ½ cup
  • Bread Slices (Soaked, squeezed) 2
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil For frying
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Chutney:
  • Coconut ½ cup
  • Green Chilies 3
  • Coriander Leaves ½ cup
  • Mint Leaves 6 - 8
  • Garlic ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 2 - 3 tbsp
Method for Chutney:
  • Blend all together.
Method for Croquets:
  • Mix all the ingredients except eggs.Make small sized balls and flatten them on your palm. Fill with chutney. Form into a croquet shape. Dip in egg, then crumbs. Repeat this process once more. Deep fry until golden.
