POTATOES AND CHEESE CROQUETS
Ingredients:
- Potatoes (Boiled, mashed) 2 cups
- Cheddar Cheese (Grated) ½ cup
- Bread Slices (Soaked, squeezed) 2
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Oil For frying
- Eggs 2
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Coconut ½ cup
- Green Chilies 3
- Coriander Leaves ½ cup
- Mint Leaves 6 - 8
- Garlic ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Yogurt 2 - 3 tbsp
- Blend all together.
- Mix all the ingredients except eggs.Make small sized balls and flatten them on your palm. Fill with chutney. Form into a croquet shape. Dip in egg, then crumbs. Repeat this process once more. Deep fry until golden.
