PEPPERMINT BROWNIES


Ingredients:
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Eggs 4
  • Butter melted 4 oz.
  • Chocolate melted 4 oz.
  • Peppermint Essence ½ tsp
  • Flour 1 ½ cup
  • Walnut (Coarsely chopped) ½ cup
  • Peppermint Candies (Crushed) ½ cup
Method:
  • Preheat oven to 165 C.Grease a 9 inch square baking pan and line with butter paper. Beat sugar and egg until blended. Add in melted butter, melted chocolate, peppermint essence and mix well. Gradually stir in flour until just blended. Stir in walnuts and spread batter in prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Immediately sprinkle crushed candies. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
