PAYE IN COCONUT MILK


Ingredients:
  • Mutton paaye 6
  • Onion 1 large sliced
  • Salt 1.5 tsp
  • Poppy seeds roasted and grinded 2 tsp
  • Cashew 15 grinded
  • Sesame seeds roasted and grinded 2 tsp
  • Suree coconut milk 1 tin
  • Oil half cup
  • Nixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 raw grinded
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaved
  • Green chilies 12 grinded
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White korma masala 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
  • Boil mutton paaye with 8 cups of water salt and 1 onion sliced until tender. Keep aside. Heat oil add whole spices with ginger garlic paste and grinded onion fry for 10 mins. Add grinded mixture of poppy seeds and sesame seeds and green chili paste. Add yogurt. Fry masala well. Add grinded cashew nut with white korma masala and fry well. Add paaye fry well. Lastly add coconut milk. Cover and cook for 20 mins. Lastly add coriander leaves. Serve with tandoori naan.
