NIMBU AUR HARI MIRCH KA ACHAR
Ingredients:
- Lemon 1 kg slit into 4
- Lemon juice 4 cups
- Green chilies 100 gms
- Ginger cut into round slices half cup
- Salt 4 tbsp
- Turmeric 2 tbsp heaved
- Wash lemon and green chilies. Dry well. Give cuts on lemon. Mix salt and turmeric. Fill in lemon in a clean sterilized jar. Put little mixture of salt and turmeric. Then half lemon, green chilies, ginger and the remaining lemon. Cover jar leave it in sun for 3 days. On the fourth day put lemon juice and put in the sun for another 8 days. Keep steering daily. Use after 10 days.
