KABAB KULFI FALUDA


Ingredients:
  • Chicken (Minced) ½ kg
  • Bread Slices (Soaked in water) 2
  • Green Chili (Ground) 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Onion (Chopped) 1
  • Green chilies (Chopped) 6
  • Coriander Leaves (Chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Allspice Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin (Roasted, crushed) ½ tsp
Ingredients for Rabri:
  • Yogurt (Beaten) ½ kg
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White Pepper ½ tsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Cashews (Ground) 15
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Pistachio (Sliced) 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Falooda:
  • Egg Noodles (Boiled) 1 packet
  • Pistachios (Chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Silver Leaves As required
Method:
  • Soak bread slices in quarter cup water.Mix all the ingredients in the chicken mince very well. Stuff this mixture in very well greased steel kulfi mold. Press well and shake so it goes down. Fix wooden stick on it very well and freeze mixture overnight. Remove. Shallow fry in oil turning on all sides.
Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients together with a whisk till creamy.To serve, mince kulfi in a platter over a bed of egg noodles and prepared rabri.
