Green Chili Pickle
Ingredients:
- Green Chillies125 gm
- Oil ¾ cup
- Salt to taste
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Nigella Seeds 2 tsp
- Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Roasted Crushed Coriander 2 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
- Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
- Wash the green chilies and dry them.Addin ¾ cup of oil in the pan and stir fry them.Add in salt, cumin, nigella seeds, red chili flakes, ¼ tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp cumin.Add in tamarind paste and 1 tsp sugar and mix.Add in vinegar if wanted.In the end, cover and cook till the Masala separates.
