Green Chili Pickle


Ingredients:
  • Green Chillies125 gm
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Nigella Seeds 2 tsp
  • Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Roasted Crushed Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
  • Wash the green chilies and dry them.Addin ¾ cup of oil in the pan and stir fry them.Add in salt, cumin, nigella seeds, red chili flakes, ¼ tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp cumin.Add in tamarind paste and 1 tsp sugar and mix.Add in vinegar if wanted.In the end, cover and cook till the Masala separates.
