Chocolate Extreme Cupcakes


Ingredients for Cupcakes:
  • Caster Sugar 1 cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder ¾ tsp
  • Baking Soda ¾ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Sour Cream ½ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
  • Water (Boiling) ½ cup
Ingredients for Frosting:
  • Fresh Cream 200 g
  • Icing sugar ½ cup
  • Chocolate Chips ½ cup
  • Milk 2 tbsp
Method:
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat for 3 minutes.Line a muffin tray with liners. Pour the batter and bake for 20 minutes at 180 C. Remove, cool and spread with frosting.
Method for Frosting:
  • Melt chocolate chips with milk.Add to whipped cream with icing sugar. Fill the frosting in a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.
