BUTTERCREAM
Ingredients:
- Butter (Unsalted) 100 g
- Icing Sugar 2 cups
- Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Method:
PEANUT BRITTLE
Ingredients:
- Fine sugar 1 cup
- Peanuts crushed and toasted 1½ cup
- Oil half tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Melt sugar on very low flame in a pan.When sugar starts melting keep stirring till light brown. Add in half tsp oil, crushed peanuts and lemon juice. Keep stirring until well coated. Remove in a greased lid of a pan. Level immediately with the back of a pan and cut into pieces with a knife.
