BUTTERCREAM


Ingredients:
  • Butter (Unsalted) 100 g
  • Icing Sugar 2 cups
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Method:
  • In a bowl, beat butter and icing sugar well.Add in vanilla essence and beat until smooth.


PEANUT BRITTLE


Ingredients:

  • Fine sugar 1 cup
  • Peanuts crushed and toasted 1½ cup
  • Oil half tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
Method:
  • Melt sugar on very low flame in a pan.When sugar starts melting keep stirring till light brown. Add in half tsp oil, crushed peanuts and lemon juice. Keep stirring until well coated. Remove in a greased lid of a pan. Level immediately with the back of a pan and cut into pieces with a knife.
