BUTTER PAPER SEEKH KABABS
Ingredients:
- Chicken (Mince) ½ kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies (Ground) 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 ½ tsp
- Seekh Kabab Masala 2 tbsp
- Cheese (Grated) 4 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Eggs (Beaten) 2
- Red Chilies (Crushed) 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves (Chopped) 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken mince with all the given ingredients except cheese, mayonnaise and eggs for 1 hour.Make seekh kababs. Fill with cheese and mayonnaise stuffing. Roll in butter paper. Glaze the edges with eggs. Heat oil and deep fry. Serve with chutney.
