BREAD KACHORI


Ingredients:
  • Potatoes (Boiled) 2
  • Peas (Boiled) 1 cup
  • Bread 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
  • Ginger (Minced) 1 tsp
  • Allspice Powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coconut (Grated) ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies (Chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Method:
  • Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces and boil.Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, potatoes, peas, ginger, green chilies, sugar and allspice powder. Fry for 2 minutes. Add salt and remove from heat. Mix in coconut and coriander leaves. Remove crust from bread slices. Dip each slice in water remove immediately and gently squeeze. Fill the potato mixture inside the bread. Close firmly like patties. Deep fry in oil. Serve with any sauce or chutney.
