Red Velvet Cookies
Ingredients:
- Butter ½ cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- White Vinegar 1 tsp
- Flour 1 ½ cup
- Cocoa Powder 1 tsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Red Food Color 1 ½ tsp
- Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Baking Powder ¾ tsp
- Salt A pinch
- White Chocolate Chips ½ cup
Method:
- Sieve together all the dried ingredients.Beat butter and sugar till creamy. Add egg and vanilla, beat for another minute. Add in color. Fold in the dried ingredients. Also add in the chocolate chips. Make medium sized cookie balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes on 180 degrees C. Remove, cool on wire rack.
