Potato Gratin
Ingredients:
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Onion (Finely chopped) ½ cup
- Parsley (Chopped) 1 tsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Potatoes (Peeled, sliced, blanched) 4
- Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method:
- Peel and cut potatoes in rounds. Blanch and spread in a baking dishHeat butter in a pan. Fry chopped onion till transparent. Add milk, cream, vinegar 1 tbsp, salt and pepper. Lastly add cheese. Pour on the blanched potatoes and bake for 30 minutes until done on 180 degrees.
