Potato Gratin



Ingredients:
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Onion (Finely chopped) ½ cup
  • Parsley (Chopped) 1 tsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Potatoes (Peeled, sliced, blanched) 4
  • Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
Method:
  • Peel and cut potatoes in rounds. Blanch and spread in a baking dishHeat butter in a pan. Fry chopped onion till transparent. Add milk, cream, vinegar 1 tbsp, salt and pepper. Lastly add cheese. Pour on the blanched potatoes and bake for 30 minutes until done on 180 degrees.
