ORANGE CHOCOLATE PARFAIT


Ingredients:
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Orange juice ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Orange jelly crystals 1 packet
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Cream cheese 4 ounces
  • Orange sandwich cookies 1 pkt
  • Orange milk chocolate 1 bar
  • Cream ½ packet
METHOD:
  • In a sauce pan cook together orange juice lemon juice and sugar with orange jelly crystals for 10 minutes and chill in freezer. Remove and put in a blender with cream, cream cheese and blend. Scald creams add chopped chocolate and stir to combine. To assemble put biscuits in parfait glasses topped with orange mixture and leave it to set. Spread with chocolate mixture piped with whipped cream. Serve chilled.
