ORANGE BROWNIES
Ingredients:
- Butter 6 oz.
- Chocolate (Chopped) 4 oz.
- Eggs 3
- Caster Sugar 1 ½ cups
- Orange Essence 1 tsp
- Orange Zest 1 orange
- Flour 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Orange Juice ¼ cup
Method:
- Melt butter with chocolate in a bowl.In a separate bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, orange zest, eggs, orange essence and juice. Mix well and fold in melted butter and chocolate mixture. Pour in am 8 by 8 inches greased square tin. Bake on 180 C for 25 minutes.
