ORANGE BROWNIES


Ingredients:
  • Butter 6 oz.
  • Chocolate (Chopped) 4 oz.
  • Eggs 3
  • Caster Sugar 1 ½ cups
  • Orange Essence 1 tsp
  • Orange Zest 1 orange
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Orange Juice ¼ cup
Method:
  • Melt butter with chocolate in a bowl.In a separate bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, orange zest, eggs, orange essence and juice. Mix well and fold in melted butter and chocolate mixture. Pour in am 8 by 8 inches greased square tin. Bake on 180 C for 25 minutes.
