Fried Rice


Ingredients:
  • Rice (Boiled) 4 cups
  • Carrot (Finely chopped) ½ cup
  • Capsicum (Finely chopped) ½ cup
  • Spring Onion (Finely chopped) ½ cup
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil As required
Method:
  • Heat oil, and fry all the vegetables in it.Add the sauces to the vegetables and fold in the boiled rice. Mix well and serve.
