Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- Rice (Boiled) 4 cups
- Carrot (Finely chopped) ½ cup
- Capsicum (Finely chopped) ½ cup
- Spring Onion (Finely chopped) ½ cup
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil As required
Method:
- Heat oil, and fry all the vegetables in it.Add the sauces to the vegetables and fold in the boiled rice. Mix well and serve.
