Creamy Penne Arrabiatta



Ingredients:
  • Chicken Breast (Cubed) 1
  • Garlic (Crushed) 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Oregano Leaves ½ tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Penne Pasta (Boiled) 1 pkt
Ingredients for Sauce:
  • Onion (Chopped) 1
  • Garlic (Chopped) 1 tsp
  • Tomato Puree 1 cup
  • Red Chilies (Crushed) 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Olives (Chopped) 3 tbsp
  • Jalapeno (Chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Cream Cheese 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Oil As required
Method:
  • Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and oregano for 10 minutes.Heat oil, sauté garlic and chicken until done.
Method for Sauce:
  • Heat oil, fry onion and garlic.Add all the rest from tomato puree, crushed red pepper, salt, black pepper, chicken powder, sugar, oregano, chopped olives, chopped jalapeno, cream cheese and cream. Toss in pasta and chicken. Serve hot with garlic bread.
