Creamy Garlic Fettuccine
Ingredients for Garlic Sauce:
- Butter 2 oz.
- Garlic (Crushed) 2 tbsp
- Cream 200 g
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper (Crushed) 1 tsp
- Chicken Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves (Finely chopped) 3 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Chicken Breast (Boneless, thin strips) 2
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Suree Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Fettuccine Pasta (Boiled) 3 cups
- Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic paste for 10 minutes.Pan fry in 2 tbsp oil.
- Heat butter in a pan. Fry garlic.Add cream and all the seasonings, milk and corn flour. Toss in the pasta and fried chicken. Serve with garlic and coriander leaves.
