CHOCOLATE ORANGE BUNS
Ingredients for dough:
- Flour 4 cups
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- Caster sugar ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Chopped glazed cherries ½ cup
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Orange juice 2 tbsp
- Orange jelly crystals 2 tbsp
- Instant yeast 2 ½ tsp
- Milk powder 4 tbsp
- Luke warm water as required to knead

- Orange marmalade
Ingredients for Glaze:
METHOD:
- In a bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, castor sugar, salt, cinnamon powder, oil, chopped glazed cherries, raisins, orange juice, orange jelly crystals, instant yeast, milk powder and make into a soft dough leave to rise for 1 hour. Roll out the dough brush with melted butter spread with orange marmalade and roll like a swiss roll. Cut in pieces put in a cup cake tray cover and leave to rise for 30mins. Bake on 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and brush with glaze.
