Chicken Sizzler in Oyster Sauce 
 

Ingredients for Chicken:
  • Chicken (Cubed, boneless) 250 g
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
Ingredients for Sauce:
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Oyster Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Ginger (Julienned) 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (Crushed) 1 tsp
  • Green chilies (Sliced) 4
  • Mushrooms (Sliced) 4
  • Baby Corn 4
  • Red Chili (Crushed) 1 tsp
Method:
  • Marinate chicken with salt pepper and soy sauce.Fry in 2 tbsp oil and remove. In a wok add oil, fry ginger, garlic, green chilies, mushrooms, corn and add in chicken. Add all the sauces, sugar and stock. When the mixture starts boiling, thicken it with corn flour paste. Serve with rice.
