CHEESE BISCUITS
 

Ingredients:
  • Butter 4 ounces
  • Cheddar cheese 4 ounces (grated)
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tsp
  • Milk ½ to ¾ cup
  • To brush on top melted butter 250 gms
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Mixed ½ tsp
METHOD:
  • Sieve together flour and baking powder. Beat together butter, cheese, salt and all the dry ingredients and milk mix to form a dough. Make medium sized cookie balls. Place on cookies sheet. Bake on 180 degree for 15 minutes. Remove and brush with melted butter and garlic powder and mix herbs. Bake for another 2 to 3 minutes until done.
